About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer for our compliance division to join a mixed team of developers on a solution that provides software for fleet managers and drivers, aiming to improve safety, efficiency, and control in operations.
Our team daily builds an innovative environment, fostering experience exchange and shared growth. Join a multidisciplinary squad (Dev, QA, PO, UX, SM) that works autonomously on international projects. In fact, you’ll have daily contact with global teams.
You will fill the role of Software Engineer and be part of a team focused on the research and development of complex systems. Your mission will be to create innovative solutions in a multifaceted world, always seeking to increase the efficiency and quality of Platform Science products.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop solutions for a global market
- Work in functional teams composed of collaborators from complementary areas of knowledge
- Interact with other Platform Science teams from other continents
- Support agile project management and be familiar with using Scrum
- Actively participate in decision-making regarding mobile application development
- Estimate effort for the work to be developed
- Use pair programming as a collaboration tool with other team members
- Possess good skills to communicate and explain complex contexts
Desired experience
- Knowledge of C#
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Knowledge of data structures
- Experience in API creation and maintenance
- Knowledge of React / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Knowledge of micro frontends
- Knowledge of the reactive programming paradigm
- Knowledge of the functional programming paradigm
- Knowledge of the object-oriented programming paradigm
- Knowledge of Unit / Integration Tests
- Familiarity with using the Pub/Sub Design Pattern with Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with agile development methodology (Scrum)
- Familiarity with cloud solutions (Azure and Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with system delivery pipelines (CI/CD), preferably using Github Actions
- Familiarity with using AI tools like Copilot and Google Gemini
- Knowledge of Git, algorithms, and data structures
- Advanced English

Requisitos desejáveis
Conhecimento em C#
