They’re currently expanding their internal platform ecosystem—one built around gamified, data-driven tools that help business units adopt best practices across areas like security, legal, product development, and AI.
The platform’s two flagship products are now entering a new phase of growth, and the infrastructure team is playing a central role in this transformation. The goal? Drive migration to modern cloud-native architecture, enhance observability, and implement robust DevOps practices across the board.
About the Role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Azure and Kubernetes to join a cross-functional product team. You’ll play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, driving the migration to K8s, and helping teams build secure and reliable services. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead infrastructure improvements and cloud migrations, particularly to Kubernetes;
- Automate deployments and infrastructure setup using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates);
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines;
- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions;
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product managers in an agile team;
- Help define and enforce cloud security best practices;
- Support the team in the shift from monolithic to microservices architecture.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure;
- Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.);
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python);
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and concepts;
- Knowledge of networking and databases;
- Experience with observability tools and monitoring best practices;;
- Prior experience with large-scale architecture transitions is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills and team mindset;
- Good command of written and spoken English.
