Job description

Our client is a leading European software group with a proven track record of developing scalable, security-oriented SaaS solutions. They’re currently expanding their internal platform ecosystem—one built around gamified, data-driven tools that help business units adopt best practices across areas like security, legal, product development, and AI.

The platform’s two flagship products are now entering a new phase of growth, and the infrastructure team is playing a central role in this transformation. The goal? Drive migration to modern cloud-native architecture, enhance observability, and implement robust DevOps practices across the board.

About the Role

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Azure and Kubernetes to join a cross-functional product team. You’ll play a key role in modernizing infrastructure, driving the migration to K8s, and helping teams build secure and reliable services. If you enjoy clean automation, like working in agile environments, and value collaboration—this is the kind of place you’ll thrive in.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead infrastructure improvements and cloud migrations, particularly to Kubernetes;
  • Automate deployments and infrastructure setup using IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates);
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines;
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions;
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and product managers in an agile team;
  • Help define and enforce cloud security best practices;
  • Support the team in the shift from monolithic to microservices architecture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure;
  • Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, etc.);
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python);
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and concepts;
  • Knowledge of networking and databases;
  • Experience with observability tools and monitoring best practices;;
  • Prior experience with large-scale architecture transitions is a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills and team mindset;
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

What’s In It for You:

  • Work with a skilled and friendly team focused on building high-quality SaaS products;
  • Join a culture that values autonomy, continuous improvement, and technical excellence;
  • Access to training, certifications, and mentorship programs;
  • Flexible working hours and remote-friendly setup;
  • Private health insurance & mental health support;
  • Office perks like gaming zones, creative corners, nap rooms, and free Friday lunches;
  • Free parking or city bike credit for those commuting to the office;
  • Salary range: €3600–6300 gross (depending on experience and skill level).
