We are an IT services and consulting company based in Vilnius, Lithuania, founded in 2005. Our team of 51-200 employees serves clients across the USA (Washington, New York, Salt Lake City), Canada (Ontario), Europe (Paris, London, Copenhagen), and Sydney.

We build web and mobile solutions, offering services like UX/UI design, mobile app development (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin), and web development (from custom landing pages to complex applications). We also provide product design, product management, staff augmentation, and outsourcing. Other services include AI guidance for off-the-shelf products, support and maintenance, recruitment, dedicated teams, branding, UX/UI audits, and general software development.

Our project experience includes applications such as the CLM Discipline Guide, Star Rating for Schools (SR4S), TAVO, and various tools for room booking, point-of-sale financing, and job management. We use a wide range of technologies, including React, Vue, Angular, Node, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, Python, React Native, Php, WordPress, and AWS.

Lithuania provides us with a strong base for development due to its educated population, high ICT business support, excellent mobile app creation capabilities, and many young professionals who are proficient in English.

Laurynas Pletkus and Darius Kavaliauskas founded Scale Tech in 2017 to help entrepreneurs build their ideas using design and technology.

Our team of 51-200 professionals is led by co-founders Laurynas Pletkus (CEO) and Darius Kavaliauskas (COO). Our roles include Head of Growth, Flutter Developer, Digital Marketing Manager, and UX/UI Designer.

Salary ranges from €4,500 - €5,000 per month for certain roles, with a general starting salary of 1500 EUR/month (Gross). Employees also get the chance to work with recognized brands.
