Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and evolve our Build Infrastructure capabilities. This role is critical to building and ensuring the reliability, monitoring, scalability, and automation of our software delivery processes across different building products infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipeline design, containers, and VM orchestration in an on-prem environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Design and maintain scalable build systems supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments;
- Automate provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, and related tools;
- Create and manage pipelines using Jenkins, Groovy, and ArgoCD to support continuous integration and delivery;
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift;
- Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure system health and performance;
- Apply best practices for infrastructure security, access control, and auditability;
- Work closely with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows;
- Maintain clear documentation and enforce infrastructure standards across environments.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering roles;
- Strong proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, and Groovy scripting;
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD;
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, OpenShift, and container orchestration;
- Experience with VMs, containers, and hybrid cloud environments;
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation;
- Solid knowledge of networking, security policies, and access management;
- Strong problem-solving skills in distributed systems and production environments.
Highly Desirable Skills
- Experience with Morpheus.
