Digital Marketing Associate / Graphic Designer

Full-Time, Remote – US Hours Preferred (EST)

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Associate / Graphic Designer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and creativity. This is a hybrid role for someone who can manage marketing campaigns while producing high-quality, performance-focused visuals. Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time preferred)
  • Time Zone: US hours preferred (Eastern Time ideal)
  • PTO & Holidays: Standard PTO; observes all US Federal Holidays
  • Start Date: Within 10–14 business days from initial client success call
  • Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skillset

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Execution (50%)

  • Create ad creatives, email graphics, landing page designs, and brand visuals aligned with campaign goals
  • Design for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) using tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, or Canva
  • Repurpose content from blogs, webinars, and videos into high-performing visuals and bite-sized media
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints

Marketing Campaign Management (30%)

  • Assist in the setup, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and more
  • Support A/B testing and creative variation for ads and landing pages
  • Collaborate with marketing leads to evaluate performance metrics and suggest creative adjustments

Social Media & Content Scheduling (10%)

  • Design and schedule posts using platforms like Buffer, Later, or native schedulers
  • Support social content planning in line with brand tone and audience targeting

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing and graphic design hybrid role
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Figma
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing funnel strategies and platform-specific creative formats
  • Proven track record of producing creatives that convert—portfolio required
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Shopify
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills—both visual and written

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Basic to intermediate video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects)

  • Conversion-oriented copywriting and ad headline creation

  • Branding and packaging design experience

  • Working knowledge of SEO and content strategy

  • Experience with Canva, landing page tools (ClickFunnels, Unbounce), and email design
