About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. This person will play a key role in developing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, paid media, etc.).
Lead end-to-end campaign execution and optimize based on performance metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, design, etc.) to ensure alignment across initiatives.
Analyze data and generate performance reports to identify trends and insights.
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage external vendors or agencies as needed.
Build and mentor a small team, depending on the scope and seniority level.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of proven experience in digital marketing roles.
Strong background in performance marketing, analytics, and campaign management.
Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot or similar.
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Based in Mexico.
Nice to Have
Experience working with international or US-based clients.
Experience in B2B digital marketing or the tech industry.
Certification in Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, etc.
