Our team of shopping experts curates and hand-tests nearly a thousand deals per week, so there is always something new to discover each time you visit our website, app, and your inbox.
You may have noticed that our headquarters are in Boise, ID, but our workforce is fully remote in the following states: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. All team-wide meetings are scheduled to be inclusive of U.S. time zones.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Seasonal Digital Marketing Specialist to temporarily join our team during a team member’s parental leave. This role will focus primarily on executing campaigns across our owned marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and more. Your work will help ensure the continuity of high-impact marketing efforts that drive traffic and revenue for KCL.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, schedule, and launch campaigns using Braze and other owned-channel platforms
- Write engaging, brand-aligned copy and collaborate with design on campaign assets
- Follow channel-specific best practices and compliance requirements (e.g. SMS regulations, image sizing, HTML formatting)
- Report on campaign performance and surface insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MarTech, BI, Dev) to troubleshoot issues and maintain campaign quality
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in digital or CRM marketing
- Hands-on experience with campaign platforms (Braze strongly preferred)
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail
- Understanding of audience segmentation, compliance, and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in temporary, contract, or seasonal marketing roles
- Comfort using project management tools (e.g. Jira, Asana)

Physical Requirements

- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
- The worker is required to have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
