We’re looking for someone who combines an analytical mindset with strong organizational skills, and who feels comfortable navigating documentation, dashboards, and digital tools. Digital Product Specialist is a key member of the Digital Product Team within the Digital Marketing Department. Acting as a bridge between digital advertising platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and our Martech & Data teams, this role focuses on ensuring our digital services remain efficient and aligned with industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
Monitor, analyze, and document new features and updates from major digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Summarize best practices and key changes into digestible formats for internal use
Create and maintain knowledge documentation (FAQs, guides, internal wikis, Google Sheets, etc.)
Support the development and upkeep of processes, SOPs, and templates that serve the Digital Marketing department
Actively participate in internal trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions
Evaluate and suggest new tools, features, or platforms that can enhance team performance
Collaborate with Martech Managers to integrate new technical solutions into the department’s operations
Contribute to quality assurance processes by ensuring best practices are implemented across digital teams
Coordinate and help execute cross-functional or department-wide projects
Maintain and organize the team’s documentation and content repository
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital marketing, data, or technology-oriented role
At least 1 year hands-on working experience with Google ads (search, display, shopping/pmax, and video) and Meta ads. Experience with other ad platforms such as TikTok ads, Linkedin Ads, as well as programmatic buying platforms (DSPs) will be considered a plus
Strong familiarity with Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data handling
Previous experience with Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) will be considered a plus
A technical and hands-on mindset, with a focus on implementation over delegation
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex information
Process-oriented approach, with a drive to optimize systems and enhance team efficiency
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies
