Job Description

We’re looking for a Director to join Procore’s Internal Audit Department. In this role, you’ll lead sections of the audit & compliance environment while working cross functionally across the company. The primary goal of the role is to deliver strong audit results with clear communication & proactive solutions for the company.

As a Director, you’ll partner with Finance, IT, and other departments to complete audits on time and within the associated budget. Use your communication, audit and reporting skills to provide meaningful results & to problem solve audit considerations. This position reports into VP of Internal Audit and will be remote. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Audit planning, fieldwork (including testing & reviewing), and reporting

  • Lead meetings with stakeholders and effect change in areas where it is required

  • Communicate a vision for short-term and long-term solutions

  • Project manage & provide status updates on workstreams for projects

  • Contribute to executive & audit committee reporting

  • Work across multiple areas of audit topics, including but not limited to - business process, IT, ERM, and operational audits

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum

  • CPA or other related certification

  • Big 4 Audit background with 8+ years experience

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Multiple years of experience with SAAS companies

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $172,000 - $236,500. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
