What will you do everyday?

As Director of Digital Marketing, you have the opportunity to help build our digital brand from the ground up.

In this role, you’ll create and execute the digital marketing strategy for Suki. From creating marketing campaigns, overseeing our social accounts, collaborating with marketing and crossfunctional partners, attribution and measuring ROI, to overseeing our website, you’ll play an instrumental role in establishing our digital presence. What You’ll Do

  • Develop, plan, manage, and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for Suki’s brand and our products. Ensure a cohesive online presence across multiple channels.
  • Ideate, execute, and measure marketing campaigns in the digital landscape. Develop marketing plans based on a digital channel approach and aligned with reaching our key audiences.
  • Oversee Suki’s social media channels. Responsible for managing and developing our presence on various social media platforms including creating content, scheduling, setting up new channels, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
  • Lead all aspects of our website including design, content, and SEO optimization strategies.
  • Measure and report on ROI and key performance indicators including Google analytics, lead generation metrics, website performance, engagement rates, CTR, impressions, reach, etc.
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget while balancing both paid and earned opportunities.
  • Research and implement the latest digital trends that align with Suki and our audiences. Leverage social media and other tactics to promote our products and brand.

Requirements*

  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience. Must be proficient in HTML and CSS, Google Analytics, SEO, WordPress, Canva or other creative editing tools.
  • Possess a high degree of skill in writing and editing.
  • Creative mindset. The ability to come up with innovative, unique, and fresh ideas to help us stand out.
  • Excellent cross functional skills with the ability to effectively navigate a highly dynamic organization.
  • Ability to zoom out strategically and zoom in to execute with excellence.
  • Self-starter that has successfully stood up new business lines or major initiatives.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and projects.
  • Experience with AI a plus.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $185,000 - $200,000 in CA.  This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
