Our client is looking for a Director of Product to lead the product strategy and execution for their innovative offerings. This role will focus on developing a deep understanding of market needs and translating them into effective product solutions. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with various departments to drive product success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.

  • Lead the product management team in the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond.

  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product execution and alignment.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to continually refine product offerings.

  • Develop and implement metrics to assess product performance and drive improvements.

  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for product development.

  • Foster a culture of innovation and accountability within the product team.

  • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 6+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful products to market.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.

  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
