Our client is in search of a Senior Manager of Customer Success who will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies that align with the company’s goals and customer needs.

  • Lead and mentor a team of customer success professionals to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.

  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention rates.

  • Proactively reach out to customers to ensure they are achieving success and satisfaction with the company’s offerings.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services based on customer needs.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to enhance customer experiences.

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product improvements and service enhancements.

  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions and strategy sessions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics and methodologies.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data to drive decision-making and improve customer outcomes.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred.

  • Familiarity with customer success platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
