Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies that align with business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving engagement.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to create cohesive customer journey frameworks and messages.

  • Lead initiatives that promote customer loyalty, including outreach programs, feedback loops, and community building.

  • Measure and report on customer engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage and mentor a team dedicated to customer engagement efforts, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer engagement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer engagement, customer success, or related fields.

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful customer engagement strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience in leading and developing teams to achieve organizational goals.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and customer engagement technologies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple projects effectively.

  • A competitive salary, reflective of your experience: $1,480,000 – $2,080,000.
