Job description

Founded in 2004, NetBrain is the leader in no-code network automation. Its ground-breaking Next-Gen platform provides IT operations teams with the ability to scale their hybrid multi-cloud connected networks by automating the processes associated with Diagnostic Troubleshooting, Outage Prevention and Protected Change Management.  Today, over 2,500 of the world’s largest enterprises and managed services providers leverage NetBrain’s platform.

What We Need

NetBrain is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead the definition and execution of our product roadmap, while also serving as a key conduit between our R&D organization and the rest of the company. You will play a central role in translating product innovation—particularly in AI and network automation—into business value across all customer-facing functions.

This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise software, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive both product development and internal alignment. You will ensure that the power of NetBrain’s platform is fully understood and leveraged across the organization, accelerating adoption and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation and solving real-world customer problems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers to drive end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to manage feature prioritization, ensure delivery timelines, and deeply understand the technical underpinnings of the platform.
  • Act as the bridge between R&D and other departments—ensuring clear communication, alignment, and knowledge transfer around product direction and innovation.
  • Support go-to-market and customer-facing teams with product insights, positioning, and readiness for new releases.
  • Drive the development of internal enablement materials and training plans to help teams across the company fully understand and articulate new capabilities.
  • Collect and synthesize feedback from customers, internal teams, and the market to inform product direction and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and customer-centric thinking across the product and broader organization.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required.
  • 10+ years of experience in product management within enterprise software, with a strong preference for backgrounds in networking, IT operations, or automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to define and execute complex product strategies while collaborating across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to deeply understand architecture and translate engineering innovation into business value.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring high-performing product teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing, and aligning diverse teams around a shared product vision.
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively collaborate with global engineering teams.
  • Passion for AI, automation, and building tools that drive meaningful impact for enterprise customers.
