We’re seeking a Director of Strategic Alliances, EMEA & UK to drive Hyperproof’s partner-led growth across the region. This is a mission-critical role for our global expansion—your work will shape how Hyperproof engages, activates, and co-sells with our most strategic consulting, audit, MSP, and technology partners in EMEA and the UK.

You’ll be the face of Hyperproof’s partner ecosystem in the region, building and growing high-impact relationships that unlock value for customers, our partners, and our business.

What you’ll do

Partner Strategy & Activation

  • Own and execute the regional partner strategy for EMEA & UK across consulting, advisory, MSPs, and GRC technology partners
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners aligned with our go-to-market motion
  • Build business plans with partners to drive joint pipeline generation and co-selling activities

Partner Management & Growth

  • Serve as the trusted advisor to your portfolio of strategic alliances—helping them build profitable, repeatable services around Hyperproof
  • Enable partners with the tools, content, training, and support to drive adoption and customer success
  • Set and exceed revenue and pipeline targets for your partner accounts

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Legal teams to align partner strategy with company priorities
  • Influence product roadmap and enablement programs based on partner feedback and regional needs
  • Represent Hyperproof at key partner events, forums, and thought leadership opportunities across EMEA and the UK

Who you are

  • Experienced: 8+ years in strategic alliances, partnerships, or channel sales in B2B SaaS; deep experience working with consulting or advisory firms in EMEA & UK (e.g., Big 4, global system integrators, boutique GRC firms)
  • Connector: You have a proven ability to build trust with C-level stakeholders at partner organizations and influence outcomes across complex environments
  • Strategic & Operational: You think long-term but execute with urgency. You can design and drive regional partner strategies while rolling up your sleeves to build the playbook
  • Customer-Centric: You deeply understand the value chain from partner to customer and prioritize outcomes that deliver mutual success
  • Global Mindset: Fluent in navigating multi-country dynamics across EMEA and the UK, with an appreciation for cultural and business nuance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in GRC, cybersecurity, or compliance software strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with partnership platforms like Crossbeam, PRM systems, or co-marketing tools
  • Business-level fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
  • Based in EMEA and comfortable with moderate travel

LOCATION

  • We are a fully remote company! Rather than restrict ourselves to only finding talent in one city, we’d rather find the absolute best people regardless of where they live. This role we would ideally like someone based within the UK.
