Wiz is scaling fast, and our partner ecosystem is a key growth lever. We’re looking for a Director, Partner Marketing to lead our global partner marketing strategy — across CSPs, technology integrations, and strategic global and national partners. You’ll define the go-to-market vision, enable field partner marketers across regions, and work closely with sales and alliances to ensure our partner activities drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
Build and evolve the global partner marketing strategy across key partner categories: CSPs, integrations, and strategic alliances
Partner with sales, alliances, and field marketing to define priorities, goals, and plays that drive pipeline and influence
Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, and tools that empower our regional field marketers to activate with partners locally
Align with global partner sales leaders to ensure marketing efforts support joint business objectives
Define metrics for success, track performance, and continuously optimize based on results
Serve as the connective tissue between partner marketing, sales, and product GTM teams
What you’ll bring:
6+ years in B2B partner or field marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS
Experience working with cloud providers, technology partners, or GSIs/MSPs
A strategic mindset with the ability to turn big-picture vision into practical, repeatable programs
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you’re comfortable working with sales, product, and regional teams
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work streams in a fast-moving environment
A builder’s mindset — you’re energized by creating structure where none exists

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
US Base Pay Range
$180,000—$247,600 USD
