Are you a commercial expert with a passion for client relationships and business growth? Join GoGlobal as a Portfolio Manager covering the United States and Canada markets, where you will own and grow client’s portfolio and drive business development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow your portfolio by leveraging your network to source leads, secure new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in international expansion, providing pre-sales support and helping to close deals alongside our sales team.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, ensure service excellence and acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Drive portfolio profitability through effective P&L management including revenue growth, cost control and risk mitigation.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a team of Account Managers, fostering talent progression and ensuring high standards in day-to-day account management.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across GoGlobal’s service lines.
  • Proactively resolve client issues, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery throughout the portfolio lifecycle.
  • Provide regular management reporting on portfolio performance, client opportunities and potential risks.
  • Act as an entrepreneurial leader – balancing growth initiatives with operational excellence, always thinking like a business owner.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in portfolio or account management, business development, or client services, ideally within international expansion, legal, tax or consulting fields.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of generating revenue and managing client relationships across the US and Canada.
  • Leadership experience in managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent communication in English, problem solving and organisational skills.
