About Instruction Partners

We are a nonprofit founded in 2015, partnering with schools, school systems, and states. Our goal is to strengthen instructional leadership, helping teachers improve learning for all students, especially students of color, those experiencing poverty, multilingual learners, and students with disabilities. We help leaders deliver daily instruction in ELA, early literacy, math, and science.

We work with state education agencies and regional service centers to create practical, adaptable, content-specific tools for instructional improvement. We also test new strategies for high-quality daily instruction. Our services include producing digital asynchronous learning experiences, designing and delivering custom strategy consulting (covering topics like AI and role clarity), and conducting research on data-driven instruction and AI in K–12 education. We also build and manage early-stage partnerships with school systems and charters.

Our headquarters are in Nashville, TN, but our team works remotely across the country.

We prioritize professional growth, leadership development, and shared values.
