About the Role
AutoFi is looking for a transformational sales leader. Someone who doesn’t just manage numbers, but develops people, drives performance, and inspires belief in the mission. This role leads a team of Area Sales Managers across a defined territory, with full ownership of sales strategy, execution, and team development.

Responsibilities
- Own and execute territory sales strategies aligned with company goals, leveraging market intelligence, team strengths, and growth opportunities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers with a strong focus on accountability, enablement, and results
- Drive a culture of performance, learning, and continuous improvement through real-time coaching and clear goal setting
- Apply and coach Challenger Sales Methodology to drive consultative selling and meaningful client outcomes
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to uncover trends, address performance gaps, and fuel data-driven decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to build effective go-to-market plans and deliver value to customers
- Actively participate in key client relationships and field activities to support your team and capture feedback from the front lines
- Champion a winning, high-integrity culture that values grit, optimism, and collaboration
- Travel 60-70%
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams in SaaS, fintech, or automotive retail/finance
- Proven ability to exceed targets and develop sales talent at every level
- Strong understanding of dealership workflows, credit processes, lender relationships, and modern retail technology
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions to enterprise accounts and dealer groups
- Strong command of sales strategy and execution with a track record of leading through change and growth
- Familiarity with or certification in Challenger Sales Methodology with the ability to apply and coach it effectively
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and team members
- High emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a passion for building people and teams
- Willingness to travel frequently to engage with customers and support your team in the field

$130,000 - $150,000 a year
Plus Commissions based on performance
