We offer life insurance, annuity, and asset protection solutions through our subsidiaries to over 14.4 million people. As of December 31, 2023, we manage $118 billion in assets. We’re a subsidiary of Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. (TSE:8750).

Our headquarters are in Birmingham, Alabama. We have core offices in the greater Cincinnati area and St. Louis, supported by a virtual workforce. Our work includes developing products, creating marketing strategies, and adjusting claims, including mechanical claims.

We also work with distributors, agencies, and dealerships, providing training and ensuring compliance with sales techniques and policies. We’re developing and using AI, including large language models, autonomous agents, and generative workflows, throughout our company.
