We are now looking for a Channel Sales Head who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Chaosโ€™ channel partner strategy. This position requires a proven, strategic leader who will oversee the channel program and initiatives, driving both short-term results and long-term sustainable growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing and growing partner ecosystems, driving revenue, and aligning channel efforts with organizational goals. The Channel Head will collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Product, etc.) to develop and deliver comprehensive strategies and programs that drive new business and expand existing partnerships.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Channel Strategy Development & Execution

    • Develop and drive the long-term, global channel strategy in alignment with Chaosโ€™s business objectives.

    • Define the vision and direction for the channel, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals and market expansion.

    • Identify new partners and key geographies for growth.

    • Lead the execution of partner programs, from onboarding to performance tracking, ensuring they are effective and impactful.

    • Build a comprehensive, data-driven partner strategy that balances the creation of new alliances with the expansion of existing relationships.

    • Define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of all partner programs and adjust strategy accordingly.

  • Partner Ecosystem Growth

    • Lead the identification, recruitment, and nurturing of channel partners focused on the AEC industry and representing the BIM modelers.

    • Cultivate relationships with key partner executives, strengthening the core partner network and expanding into new regions and industries.

    • Act as the primary escalation point for partners, providing them with strategic guidance, support, and ongoing training to help them grow their business.

    • Develop partner sales plays, joint go-to-market plans, and integrated product offerings that align with both Chaos and partners’ strategic objectives.

  • Execution & Revenue Growth

    • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, incentives, and tools that empower partners to sell effectively.

    • Own and drive the execution of partner programs and initiatives that contribute directly to meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

    • Develop and manage the annual partner plan, including goals, quotas, and growth targets, ensuring partner activities align with revenue objectives.

  • Team Leadership & Development

    • Manage a global team of partner managers, developing structures that support high performance, accountability, and talent retention.

    • Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to the partner sales team across multiple geographies.

    • Manage hiring, performance assessments, team growth, succession planning, and training to maintain a high-performing partner organization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Enablement, and Product teams to develop comprehensive channel go-to-market strategies.

    • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure that Chaosโ€™s offerings meet market demands and that partners have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.

    • Ensure a seamless and collaborative relationship with the Executive Leadership Team to align channel strategies with broader company goals.

  • Optimization & Continuous Improvement

    • Analyze the effectiveness of current processes, programs, and methodologies, proposing adjustments to optimize performance and growth.

    • Identify gaps in the current channel strategy and implement new processes, systems, or technology to improve scalability and efficiency.

    • Continuously evaluate and refine the partner engagement model to ensure it meets evolving market needs and keeps pace with industry changes.

  • Channel Performance Monitoring:

    • Monitor the performance of all channel partners, tracking sales activities, deal progress, and revenue generation.

    • Use analytics and data-driven insights to evaluate partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and addressing underperformance.

    • Regularly review sales forecasts to ensure accurate sales projections and timely execution.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.

  • Proficient in B2B (preferably IT/software) sales and/or account management.

  • Proven track record of successfully scaling channel programs across different organizations.

  • Recent experience (within the last 4 years) managing a multi-million dollar global partner portfolio with a strong focus on channel-driven revenue growth in the AEC, BIM, or similar industries.

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with sales teams & customers.

  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and sales skills.

  • Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically.

  • Fluent in English - written and spoken.

Advantages:

  • Familiar with the industry, AEC, Gaming, Design, VFX and/or previous experience within CAD, CG software sales.

Key technical skills:

  • Proficient in using Google/MS productivity apps (excel/sheets is a must; docs/word; slides/powerpoint, etc.) and email platforms.

  • Proficient in working with CRM systems (accounts/leads/ opportunity management, ticketing) - preferably, MS Dynamics.

  • Proficient in working with BI tools - preferably, Power BI.
