About You
The Director of Technology/ISV Partnerships is a strategic leader responsible for establishing and growing partnerships with Constructor’s technology and ISV ecosystem. This role involves identifying, developing, and managing key relationships to drive revenue and expand market reach. A successful candidate will possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a deep understanding of the ecommerce landscape. This individual will be instrumental in defining ‘better together’ value propositions, achieving strategic partnership goals and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

About the Position
Maintain a deep understanding of the ecommerce / product discovery technology vendor landscape.
Identify “better together” value propositions for partnerships and develop business cases for integrations and joint go-to-market.
Establish and grow strategic partnerships within the technology and ISV ecosystem.
Identify, develop, and manage key relationships to drive revenue and expand market reach.
Contribute to the company’s overall growth by achieving strategic partnership goals including partner sourced and influenced revenue.
Possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Work effectively across functions and lead through influence.
Experience developing, launching and scaling joint motions with ISVs / technology partners
Experience with joint GTM motions with AWS
Good network and senior level contacts within the e-commerce technology space (e.g. MACH Alliance)
Prior experience managing global relationships while also driving regional activation
