About the Company
The company is a growing ecommerce business that specializes in high-converting digital marketing strategies, direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales, and brand growth initiatives. Their goal is to optimize online storefronts, improve conversion rates, and maximize ad performance to drive revenue growth. They prioritize innovation, data-driven decision-making, and creative brand storytelling to enhance the digital shopping experience.
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Ecommerce Operations Associate to help manage online sales channels, execute digital marketing campaigns, and optimize store performance. In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling the company’s Shopify store and advertising efforts while continuously improving conversion rates and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Store Management
- Manage and optimize the Shopify store, including product creation, descriptions, and pricing updates.
- Ensure product pages are SEO-friendly and conversion-optimized.
- Monitor and improve store performance and user experience.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Develop and execute ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales.
- Optimize ad spend and targeting strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Create compelling ad creatives and copy that align with brand messaging.
Social Media & Content Strategy
- Oversee social media accounts, crafting engaging content to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Implement content calendars and schedule posts, stories, and campaigns.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track ecommerce and marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve revenue.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and sales funnels to boost conversions.
- Provide weekly reports on sales trends, ad performance, and marketing initiatives.
Must-Haves
- Ecommerce experience, specifically with Shopify store management
- Hands-on experience with ad creation and digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing, including content creation
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess marketing performance and suggest optimizations
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute opinions to improve marketing efforts

- Experience with email marketing and automation
- Background in SEO and conversion rate optimization
