Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to increase online sales and enhance the customer journey
- Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
- Oversee product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images
- Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic, and sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions that drive traffic and conversions
- Manage the digital marketing budget and optimize spend for maximum ROI
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all devices
- Implement and oversee customer service protocols to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the online shopping experience
- Coordinate with the supply chain and inventory teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory updates on the eCommerce platform
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and increase conversion rates
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign performance
