We’re seeking a multi-talented creative who can own our email marketing campaigns end-to-end — from writing compelling copy, to designing beautiful layouts, to executing and optimizing sends. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, marketing, and words.
What You’ll Do
• Plan, design, and send weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo (or similar platforms)
• Write clear, engaging copy that reflects our brand voice — from subject lines to call-to-actions
• Design campaign visuals: headers, banners, product highlights
• Own the email calendar, aligning with product drops, campaigns, and brand milestones
• A/B test subject lines, design elements, and email content for performance optimization
• Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and storytelling across all communications
• Occasionally support with social media assets, landing page visuals, or ad creatives
Who You Are
• A natural storyteller with a designer’s eye
• Skilled in tools like Figma, Canva, Photoshop, or similar
• Proficient in email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Able to write copy that converts while staying on-brand
• Have a good grasp of basic email metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversions)
• Independent, reliable, and comfortable working async in a fractional role
