Employee Engagement Administrator
Part-Time | 12–20 Hours/Week | Hybrid (Remote with Bi-Weekly Office Visits)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Employee Engagement Administrator to support our internal engagement initiatives. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the ability to work primarily from home, with bi-weekly office visits to assist with kitchen restocking.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks to support employee engagement programs
Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal systems
Order and coordinate gift cards, groceries, and catered meals
Prepare and send mailers for employee recognition and events
Assist with light in-office tasks during bi-weekly visits
Skills & Qualifications:
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive self-starter who can manage tasks independently
Comfortable with administrative and logistical work
Proficient in basic office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
