Employee Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Employee Engagement Specialist to develop, execute and support initiatives that enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture. This role is vital in driving employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention through strategic engagement programs, communication, and feedback mechanisms.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate internal communication plan to ensure the vision, values, initiatives, and organizational information are communicated regularly and effectively.

  • Plan and execute events, activities, and programs that promote company culture, employee recognition, and team collaboration.

  • Promote existing and create new Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) globally.

  • Develop and analyze employee engagement surveys and feedback tools; identify trends and present actionable insights.

  • Partner with leadership and HR to promote a culture of inclusion, feedback, and continuous improvement.

  • Support internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed, inspired, and aligned.

  • Create and manage global programs related to employee onboarding, recognition, and wellness.

  • Assess programs, feedback, and involvement in considering creative ideas and needs.

  • Manage and oversee the employee recognition program.

  • Monitor engagement metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement strategies.

  • Stay current with best practices and trends in employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or a related HR role.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities

  • Ability to develop and implement creative engagement strategies.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret employee feedback.

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in employee engagement.

  • Passion for creating positive workplace environments.
