Job description
As an Engineering Operations Program Manager in Relyance AI’s Engineering team, you will be responsible for working extensively with our internal integrations team as well as external SaaS companies we build integrations with to prioritize and get access to integration builds. In this role, you will also provide general oversight of engineering operations.
As an Engineering Operations Program Manager, your role will include:
- Manage and prioritize integration requests from internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate with the internal integrations team and external SaaS companies to ensure timely delivery of integration builds.
- Oversee engineering operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact integration projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to integration processes and procedures.
