About the Role
DAS42 is hiring a cohort of recent Data and Business Analytics graduates to train and become our next great Consultants. Our Consultants are responsible for building data pipelines, setting up automation, applying AI technologies, and producing scalable valuable Data Solutions for the customers of DAS42. This position will have the opportunity to work with various technologies and projects.
This opportunity is well-suited for candidates who enjoy learning new skills, working within a collaborative environment, and solving complex technical problems. We are specifically looking for recent graduates ready to dive into a role where there is just as much learning as doing in their day-to-day. This cohort will begin their employment with DAS42 in a 5 week Onboarding Program, including training on our technologies and practices, learning everything they need to know to be assigned to a client project..
What You’ll Do
- Implement data warehouse solutions, ETL pipelines, and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Develop data models around stated use cases to capture clients’ KPIs, data transformations, and data requirements; validation and testing of data models.
- Support, maintain, and document clients’ data environments.
- Contribute to and collaborate on project deliverables, either independently or as part of a larger consulting team.
- Work within a project management framework (i.e., Agile) to meet objectives, understand scope, and impact of your work across an organization.
- Work with project teams on optimizing Client’s data environments to operate most effectively and efficiently for them.
What We’re Looking For
- A passion for exploring and solving different kinds of problems while learning and assimilating technical information quickly.
- A love of all things Data, especially in using data to tell stories, solve problems, and understand the world around you.
- No prior experience required.
- Proficiency with Python and SQL.
- Experience with business visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Microsoft PowerBI).
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and/or the Snowflake, AWS, or Google Cloud ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (i.e. Statistics or Operations Research) or technical field (i.e. Computer Science or Engineering) or completed a bootcamp related to data analytics/engineering.

- Anticipated Travel: 5% of the time
- Location: Denver, CO
- Office Requirements: We are a remote-first company. There are no in-office requirements, however, employees are encouraged to go into our Denver office.
- Base Salary Range: $65-85k (actual salary depends on the individual’s background)
