Through their customizable, white-labeled solution, they help homebuilders sell homes more efficiently while providing homeowners with everything they need to manage and operate their new construction homes. They enable builders to deliver a smooth, branded experience at every stage of the buyer journey.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Full-Time Operations Manager - to join Foundation’s Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will support the onboarding of new customers, manage day-to-day operational tasks, and streamline internal processes to ensure smooth client interactions. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Onboarding & Implementation (70%)
- Support onboarding and implementation tasks for new customers, including data entry, documentation, and progress tracking.
- Monitor customer accounts, ensuring key milestones are met and customers are fully prepared to launch on Foundation.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining internal resources, documentation, and reporting.
Operational Support (10%)
- Perform operational tasks to ensure systems, tools, and processes run smoothly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to surface customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care.
Internal Process Optimization (20%)
- Identify and flag gaps or risks in customer progress proactively.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and resources, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Contribute to regular operational reporting and internal communication.
Non-Negotiables:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, or operations support role.
- Advanced Excel skills (Excel wizard)—ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and analyze large datasets efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in real estate, homebuilding, SaaS, or tech startups.
Familiarity with customer success or project management tools.
Interest in long-term growth in customer success, operations, or implementation.
