Requirements
What You’ll Do
Own our Co-Founderβs inbox management, triaging high volumes of email, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects, clients, and others
Coordinate meetings end-to-end, proactively scheduling and confirming appointments with internal and external stakeholders
Serve as the first line of communication, maintaining a professional, warm, and responsive presence on behalf of our leadership
Identify and implement process improvements, including recommending and using AI tools to reduce manual administrative work
Maintain strict confidentiality, protecting company and client information at all times
Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, suggesting next steps, and reducing the mental load on the Business Development team
What Youβll Bring
Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting leaders
Proficiency with email and calendar management tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)
Comfort using AI productivity tools and learning new technologies quickly
Clear written and spoken English with excellent communication skills
Professionalism in client-facing interactions and phone outreach (US familiarity preferred)
Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
High trustworthiness, discretion, and resourcefulness
