Requirements

What You’ll Do

  • Own our Co-Founder’s inbox management, triaging high volumes of email, drafting responses, and ensuring timely follow-up with prospects, clients, and others

  • Coordinate meetings end-to-end, proactively scheduling and confirming appointments with internal and external stakeholders

  • Serve as the first line of communication, maintaining a professional, warm, and responsive presence on behalf of our leadership

  • Identify and implement process improvements, including recommending and using AI tools to reduce manual administrative work

  • Maintain strict confidentiality, protecting company and client information at all times

  • Act as a trusted partner, anticipating needs, suggesting next steps, and reducing the mental load on the Business Development team

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting leaders

  • Proficiency with email and calendar management tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.)

  • Comfort using AI productivity tools and learning new technologies quickly

  • Clear written and spoken English with excellent communication skills

  • Professionalism in client-facing interactions and phone outreach (US familiarity preferred)

  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset

  • High trustworthiness, discretion, and resourcefulness
