Your role at Hostinger
As an executive business administrator (EBA), you’ll be the backbone of daily operationsβmanaging calendars, facilitating Weekly Business Reviews, ensuring accountability on reports to the Board and keeping CEO team’s processes efficient. You’ll organize and update critical materials such as project timelines, meeting agendas, and Hostinger Handbook. Working closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and the CEO Team, you’ll help drive efficiency, streamline operations, and support key strategic initiatives.
Your day-to-day
- Ensure accountability β ensure critical documents are complete and high quality (board packs, Weekly Business Review documents, OKR sheets).
- Support planning activities β administrative assistance on yearly and OKR planning.
- Keep schedules running smoothly β manage complex calendars, track tasks, and proactively remove roadblocks.
- Meetings’ excellence β tidy up agendas and facilitate meetings fitting into timelines.
- Leverage AI & automation β improve workflows, use AI tools to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, and improve decision-making.
- Own strategic initiatives β lead special projects that support company-wide objectives and executive priorities.
- Turn data into insights β organize information, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable recommendations for meetings and processes.
- Be the glue between teams β collaborate closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and executive team to align priorities and drive execution.
Your skills and experience
- Calendar and diary management: experience in managing complex calendars, proactively identifying and resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Event and business trips planning, logistics: expertise in organizing off-sites, board meetings, and team-building events, including venue booking, arranging travel, business trips and expense management.
- Meeting organization and documentation: proven experience in organizing and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed minutes. Skilled in tracking action items and ensuring follow-ups are executed.
- Project and task management: strong organizational skills in managing multiple priorities, including tracking and managing OKRs, Jira boards, and other project management tools to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Stakeholder management: ability to communicate effectively across departments, manage relationships with senior executives.
- Problem-solving and initiative: proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues before they arise, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Continuous improvement: always looking for ways to improve processes, streamline operations, and make recommendations for better efficiency and productivity.

Compensation
- Gross salary from 3700 -5500 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
