Floral Image North America, a leading service provider of lifelike flower arrangements and plant displays, seeks a highly motivated and positive Sales Representative to join our team! The Floral Image North America (FINA) Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for supporting the wider team effort through retaining, refreshing arrangements, and expanding our customer base. CSRs achieve this goal through driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and expanding their customer base. A successful CSR is someone who can adapt to various client scenarios. Job Description
This role will involve daily driving around the Los Angeles area and visiting customers. We provide floral arrangements to customer and refresh them monthly. We are looking for someone who wants the following:
- Not tied to an office
- Is active and enjoys being around town
- Daily face to face interactions with customers
- Comfortable driving predetermined routes
- Loves the aesthetics of flowers
Work Environment
This is a remote/from the road work position, with 100% travel in the LA region. Reps will be provided with a company vehicle and cell phone. The vehicle is branded and is used for transporting the products that our customers love. This job occasionally operates in a professional offsite office environment where business attire is required.
Floral Image offers training, full support, and specific skills training for territory planning, the customer service process, approach, and the use of all technology to help make the job as seamless and efficient as possible.

- Self- starter with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build customer rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products to potential customers
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Minimum High School/GED Degree
- Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
This is a full-time salaried position, offering dental, medical, and other benefits. There is an opportunity for additional commission via upselling and account management.
