Creatunity LLC is on the hunt for a Finance Assistant to support our growing finance team in a dynamic e-commerce environment. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the finance field, this is your opportunity to shine!

As a Finance Assistant, you’ll work closely with our Head of Finance to ensure the smooth running of financial operations — from budgeting and reporting to reconciliations and exciting projects.

đź’ĽResponsibilities:

đź“„Financial Administration

  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial documents, reports, and records
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Maintain digital filing systems for financial documents

📆 Team Support

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and calendars for the finance team

đź’» Data Management

  • Enter financial data into spreadsheets, databases, and accounting systems (e.g., Bill.com, QBO)
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes

đź§ľ Bookkeeping & Reporting

  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks under supervision
  • Help prepare financial reports, statements, and budgets
  • Perform account reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy

🧑‍💼 Payroll & Compliance

  • Assist with payroll processing and management
  • Participate in audits and compliance testing

🤝 Collaboration & Projects

  • Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams
  • Take part in ad hoc financial projects as assigned by the Finance Manager

🎓 Education & Experience

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Prior experience in administrative or finance support is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Experience using ClickUp for task management
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
