We are looking fort a Finance PM who will the join the PMO Team, having the Finance Department as the main client, along with its structure of divisions, tribes and squads and actively participate in collaboration routines to optimize organizational management and the project portfolio. Champion the Trafilea Operational Framework within Finance, providing leadership, integration and management of PMO best practices and functions and to facilitate the efficient work management needed to accomplish our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

PLANNING & ROADMAP
Manage the effective execution of each project understanding business contexts, needs and deadlines.
Develop project plans, strategies, detailed timelines with dependencies and milestones, resource forecasts, and status reports.
Maintain a good grasp on project scopes, needs and results in order to effectively make decisions and lead the team involved in a reliable and efficient way.
PROBLEM SOLVING & DECISION MAKING
Solve problems and initiate collaboration within the team; anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues.
Proactive and positive attitude.
Effectively prioritize and communicate tasks, projects, initiatives and feedback.
Smartly differentiate “important” from “urgent”.
QUALITY & PERFORMANCE
Oversee quality of project delivery and ongoing performance against objectives, to ensure satisfaction is fully met.
Ensure visual quality and provide feedback internally before providing the final result considering that the projects are for the front end and will be seen by Upper Management
Ensure the outcomes are aligned with the expectations, guidelines and rules.
MEETINGS & COMMUNICATION
Facilitate meetings and working sessions with the cross functional teams setting the right expectations, outcomes and ensuring effectiveness and clear action items.
Participate in daily, weekly and monthly internal project status meetings.
Serve as the main point of contact on your project-related items, both internal and external
PROCESSES
Analyze, adjust and improve workflows and processes in order to improve project efficiency and implementation.
Monitor new and emerging technologies and digital best practices and evaluate their relevance to our business
BUDGETS
- Continually protect the best interests of the company, including staff/contractor allocation, budgets and expenses.
Experience/Qualifications:
+4 years experience in project management with Finance related deliverables. Previous experience as a financial analyst is beneficial.
Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, financial analysis, and financial reporting is essential. (Budgeting, Cost allocation, Accounting closure calendar,
Must be highly analytical and capable of interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions based on financial insights.
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proven knowledge of Agile work methodologies (could be Scrum, Kanban, other)
Scrum Master certification or relevant experience is a must.
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
Skilled at overviewing the “big-picture” to identify pain points, delays and blockers.
Proven ability to effectively lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously; including multi-disciplinary teams, budgets and schedule information.
Good problem-solving skills and confidence when facing challenges to ensure the project is pushed forward without strict control from managers.
Strong structured thinking and process-driven mindset.
Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and make best use of limited resources.
Outstanding interpersonal skills as well as a proactive attitude
Desirable skills:
Advanced English, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Project Management Tools (Asana/JIRA)
Agile/PMP Certifications
Gdocs tools and MS Office
Data Studio / Tableau / Power BI
