Role: Netsuite/Financial Systems Administrator

Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, Non-US Based

Outcomes You Will Drive

  • Assess, advise, and re-configure enterprise ERP (NetSuite) and financial systems and processes to drive best practices that support current and future-state org needs

  • Lead NetSuite system integration with MediaOcean’s Prisma media and financial platform

  • Optimize and automate enterprise ERP technical processes

  • Manage and technically administer Goodway Group’s financial enterprise systems (with a primary focus on NetSuite)

What You Will Do

Integration

  • Partner with media buying system admin to support the financial tools and strategic processes related to implementation and adoption of Mediaocean Prisma

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, develop, and implement creative processes and technical solutions between and among existing systems

  • Manage technical project planning and consulting relationship(s) in partnership with Operational leadership

  • Develop and manage integrations between/among financial systems and other business systems (e.g., payroll tools, CRM, reporting tools, etc.)

Optimization

  • Optimize ERP and financial systems for current and future-state org requirements

  • Develop and implement custom scripts (including NetSuite’s SuiteScript), workflows, and other automations within NetSuite to increase process efficiency, improve system functionality, and meet business needs

  • Lead process reviews to improve processes and integrate AI and future automation technology

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design tailored solutions within enterprise systems

Administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP and financial system inquiries and issues

  • Perform system updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of enterprise systems

  • Stay current with system updates, releases and new features and identify opportunities to enhance system capabilities and technical integrations

  • Manage data within enterprise systems and conduct regular audits to ensure system data integrity and compliance

  • Develop reporting and analytics designed to drive data-based decision making and innovative solutions

  • Manage user access and roles in partnership with IT and Information Security and Compliance teams

  • Maintain process and system documentation

  • Manage and review system budgets, contracts, and vendor invoices for compliance

  • Assist with SOC2 supporting documentation for annual audit compliance

Who You Are

  • You are fluent in NetSuite and have the SuiteFoundation and Administrator certifications

  • You are proficient in NetSuite custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and data architecture

  • You have strong project management abilities and are comfortable working on multiple complex projects simultaneously

  • You have a strong understanding of financial processes (billing, payments, accounts receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, planning, audit, and reporting) and how those processes are managed in technical environments

  • You have developed analytical skills that allow you to identify trends and interpret complex systems and data

  • You are a collaborator who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and balancing stakeholder system requirements

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and can effectively communicate technical information to audiences of all backgrounds

  • You are highly adaptable, can work on multiple tasks simultaneously, and consistently deliver quality results

  • You have exceptional prioritization, troubleshooting, organization, and time management skills

  • You have a growth mindset and love problem solving and critical thinking
