About the role
This is a unique opportunity to work on a growing team at Angi by supporting existing partnerships and assisting in launching new services and partners. Angi is seeking a highly analytical and process driven individual to play a pivotal role, while iterating and improving on existing operations.
In this role, you will help support existing partnerships and the rollout of new partnerships & services with a focus on operational excellence from Day 1 and a strong customer experience. You will be responsible for key processes that enable Jobs Done Well, a core organizational priority. Success will require attention to detail, stakeholder management, analytical prowess, and testing then formulating new processes.
What you’ll do
- Lead financial operations for a business line including; vendor payments, invoicing, collections and forecasting.
- Handle a high volume of data entry on a daily basis with great accuracy, ensuring all set timelines and compliance metrics are met.
- Develop operational processes to help improve existing operations or launch new services/partners.
- Understand nuanced data sets and deep dive into them to identify drivers.
Who you are
- 1-2 years of professional experience including financial reporting and/or operations
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus in a financial or analytical field
- Prior small company or start-up experience ideal. Experience with marketplaces or past consulting experience is a plus
- Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations intensive environment
- Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude. Deep knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with excitement to work on cross-functional teams and projects
- A passion for marketplaces, the sharing economy, and/or the on-demand services space

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position rangesfrom $55,000 - $60,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
