Founded in 2019, we provide a business management platform for laundry and garment care operators, including laundromats, dry cleaners, and multi-family/residential businesses. Our all-in-one solution includes tools for point-of-sale, on-machine payments, revenue tracking, and delivery services.

Our product suite includes Cents POS for integrated payment processing, pricing adjustments, employee and asset management, and marketing/revenue monitoring. Cents Dispatch manages delivery offerings with on-demand drivers, custom delivery zones, online ordering, and geofenced route optimization. Cents Connect brings machines online with performance insights, stored value, credit/debit, mobile payments, and remote machine operation. Cents Assist handles customer service by addressing inquiries, offering multi-language support, ²⁴⁄₇ availability, phone/SMS order placement, and custom escalation. Cents Accelerate helps with customer relationships through email and SMS marketing, targeted promotions, performance tracking, SEO-optimized website launching, and review management. Cents Memberships enables recurring revenue with monthly plans, discounts, and online enrollment.

We founded Cents on the idea that laundry should be easy, giving individuals more time for other activities. Our goal is to provide laundromats and dry cleaners with a comprehensive business management system, helping them operate more efficiently.

Our team has 51-200 employees, and we operate as a remote-first company with offices in New York City and San Francisco. Some roles, such as the Hardware Support Specialist in Toronto, may follow a hybrid schedule. Our culture emphasizes mentorship, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the laundromat business.
