We’re looking for a passionate Senior Flutter Developer to help shape the future of an innovative get-paid-to platform that is being developed from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the mobile development, focusing on building robust and scalable solutions from scratch.
- Independently analyze project requirements, define the implementation strategy, and oversee the end-to-end mobile development process, from idea to deployment.
- Ensure the mobile application is responsive, fast-loading, and accessible across various devices and platforms, maintaining scalability to support an expanding user base.
Required Competence and Skills:
4+ years of experience with Dart and Flutter

6+ years of experience in mobile development (iOS/Android)

Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design

Hands-on experience with state management solutions such as BLoC, Riverpod, GetX, or Provider

Proven track record of integrating mobile applications with GraphQL and REST APIs

Proficient in native Android and/or iOS development

Advanced understanding of performance optimization techniques, debugging, and testing

Experience with tools for CI/CD, code signing, and deployment to App Store / Play Store

Familiarity with Firebase or similar BaaS platforms
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Knowledge of unit, widget, and integration testing frameworks (such as Mockito and Flutter Driver)

Practical experience using app monitoring and crash reporting tools (like Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics)

Experience working with platform channels (native bridging)

Understanding of native mobile development using Kotlin or Swift

Experience with serverless architectures and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Amplify, Google Cloud Functions)
