Summary/Objective
The FP&A Analyst will support decision making and improve business performance by providing access to and analysis of data. They will learn about operating a fast-growing company as well as be exposed to information security topics.
Essential Functions

Perform data analyses and build reports to support decision making.
Focus on quality improvement and data management.
Integrate and analyze data from various sources.
Research and identify new tools to support ongoing process improvement
Provide administrative support to SRA’s Consulting and Business Operations teams, including ad hoc analysis and reporting
Assist the FP&A team with quarterly/monthly companywide analysis and reporting
Develop a deep understanding of company operations, KPIs, and performance.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
2 – 3 years’ experience in data or financial analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
R programming skills with experience in data manipulation and transformation; comfortable working with large amounts of data to produce clean, analysis-ready datasets and data visualizations.
Proficient in Excel; capable of building dynamic models for forecasting, scenario analyses, and budgeting.

Excellent project management and analytical skills.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and flexible within changing environment

Preferred Qualifications and Experience
Experience with Power Automate or similar automation tools.
Experience with PowerBI.
Background in data science.
