We were founded in 2011 by Amy Jain and Daniella Yacobovsky to sell jewelry and accessories. We sell necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, demi-fine earrings, bag charms, waterproof and water-resistant jewelry, and custom phone cases. We also offer personalized accessories and luxury homeware.

Our brands include our flagship BaubleBar for trendy styles, minibar by BaubleBar for children, SuperFan by BaubleBar for fandom merchandise, and SUGARFIX by BaubleBar, which is available at Target stores.

Our product development includes bead and craft kit collections. Our merchandising team manages inventory for direct-to-consumer channels, tracks SKU performance, and develops inventory strategies. Our designers create products that fit our strategic goals, turning fashion trends into jewelry and accessories through sketching and technical packets. We also use trend forecasting for concept design across fashion, home interiors, tech, and pop culture.

BaubleBar has 201-500 employees. The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring collaboration between teams like merchandising, design, production, e-commerce, and sales, as well as with overseas factories. Work arrangements depend on the role; some positions require partial onsite presence in our Manhattan office, while others offer hybrid or fully remote options within the United States.
