AccelOne is seeking a Senior Full Stack Team Leader with strong experience in React, Python, and Django to lead development efforts on a high-impact international project.

Role Summary

As a Full Stack Team Leader, you’ll be responsible for guiding a team of developers in the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Python/Django, deployed in AWS. You’ll contribute directly to architectural decisions, mentor team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure best practices in both frontend and backend development.

This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical skills, strong communication, and the ability to balance coding responsibilities with team guidance and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in the design and delivery of full stack applications

  • Contribute to and review system architecture and design decisions

  • Guide the implementation of frontend components using React

  • Oversee backend development in Python/Django, including API design and database integration

  • Collaborate with DevOps to manage cloud infrastructure in AWS

  • Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and CI/CD best practices

  • Act as the main technical point of contact with stakeholders, including product and QA

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with Agile practices

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in full stack development

  • Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a tech lead

  • Expertise in React.js, Python, and Django

  • Strong understanding of system architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployments

  • Experience working with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)

  • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Nice to Have:

  • Background in personalization, e-commerce, or optimization platforms

  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

  • Experience in performance monitoring and tuning of distributed systems
