About The Role
Join our Product & Engineering team as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, a technical leader who helps shape the evolution of our pharmacy management platform. You’ll design and build robust systems across the stack, own architectural decisions, and drive technical strategy in partnership with product and design. You’ll champion inclusive leadership, mentorship, and engineering best practices, all while collaborating in a cross-functional, fast-moving, thoughtful environment. Our core stack includes Node.js, TypeScript, React, Postgres, and AWS.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Build: Spearhead the design and development of complex, high-impact features and services, across the stack, from frontend to backend.
- Elevate Engineering: Champion and evolve software development and system design best practices, lead by example in code reviews and drive initiatives that boost quality and innovation.
- Mentor & Grow Team: Actively mentor junior and mid-level engineers fostering their growth, while you make significant technical contributions.
- Own Critical Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and decisively resolve complex technical and system-level production issues.
About You
You are an experienced full-stack generalist, known for building complex features, driving impactful projects across the stack, and helping others grow through mentorship.
Technical Leadership:
- 5+ years building full-stack web applications, including production React UIs backed by Node.js and TypeScript services, with a focus on end-to-end performance and maintainability.
- Strong experience in RESTful API design and relational data modeling in Postgres.
- Skilled in architecting scalable, reliable systems using AWS services.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical leadership experience.

Expected Full-Time Base Salary: $160,000-$185,000
This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary/wage. The actual base salary/wage will depend on several factors, including experience, knowledge, and skills. Actual compensation packages may include other elements equity, paid time off and benefits.
