Our customer is building next-generation platforms designed for educational district Superintendents. The platform helps education leaders improve decision-making, leadership, and operational effectiveness to boost student outcomes at scale.

Frontend: React.js
Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django preferred)
AI/LLM Integration: OpenAI API
Database: PostgreSQL
DevOps: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions or similar), cloud deployment (AWS/GCP)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of the platform’s features. You will collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and AI specialists to implement components with quality and scalability in mind. This role offers growth opportunities toward technical leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop front-end and back-end features under the guidance of senior engineers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Integrate AI-driven features leveraging OpenAI APIs.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices.
Assist with debugging, performance optimization, and documentation.
Support CI/CD processes and deployment activities.
Continuously improve technical skills and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
2-4 years of full-stack development experience with React and Python
Good understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth2/JWT), and front-end state management.
Experience working with APIs, preferably OpenAI or similar LLM services, is a plus.
Solid SQL knowledge and experience with ORM frameworks.
Familiarity or interest in educational technology and LMS platforms is desirable.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Eagerness to learn, grow technically, and take on increasing responsibility.
Nice to Have
Experience with FastAPI or Django
Exposure to analytics, dashboards, or reporting tools
Prior experience working with tools targeting education administrators
