  • Communicate project updates, address concerns, and align expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on course.
  • Troubleshoot project setup issues, pipeline failures, and UI bugs.
  • Develop and maintain technical guidelines, playbooks, and internal tools to build and operate annotation projects.
  • Lead and support general annotation operation improvement initiatives across various data domains.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in operations (AI/NLP operations, product operations, or data analysis) or software development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a systems-thinking and automation-first mindset
  • Proficiency with Python scripting, for data processing and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and operational teams
  • Familiarity with structured data formats (CSV, JSON, JSONL), cloud storage (e.g., S3), telemetry and monitoring concepts
  • Experience with data annotation platforms, modern ETL systems, machine learning is a bonus.
