Founded in 2016, we are a women-owned global workforce solutions firm. We connect Fortune 500s and other companies with specialized talent for technical and professional roles in areas like AI, engineering, and data science. We manage contractor and recruiting processes from start to finish.

- Contingent Workforce Solutions: We manage sourcing, screening, offers, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and consultant support. For US W2 employment, we use ADP TotalSource, and for global engagement across over 150 countries, we partner with Deel and local entities.
- Recruiting as a Service: We provide embedded recruiters and sourcers to help build talent pipelines.
- Executive Search: We conduct retained searches for leadership positions.
- Workforce Advisory: We help design operating models for contractor governance, recruiting workflows, and stakeholder visibility, and assess areas like vendor mix and interview loop design.
We use our TalentOS™ platform to provide real-time visibility, ensure compliance, and track program health through dashboards for open roles, pipeline stages, and active consultants. Our customer satisfaction rate is 98%, and consultant satisfaction is 4.8⁄5. We also achieve a 35-45% submission-to-interview conversion rate. We currently have between 201-500 employees.
