Responsibilities:
Comply with the company’s policies and procedures to meet business requirements
Answer inbound calls and emails within guidelines/goals
Be responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest level of service
Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
Provide friendly and efficient service to the worldwide community
Identify and escalate issues appropriately
Monitor and control numerous concurrent tasks
Proactively and independently work to meet targets and goals
C2 level in German
B1-B2 level English skills
Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Adaptive skills and team spirit
Previous customer support experience in a relevant role will be considered an advantage
