Design high-volume, performance-driven ad creatives (target: up to 100 per month) for use across digital marketing platforms.
Develop engaging product pages and landing pages that enhance the user experience and drive conversions.
Ensure brand consistency across all creatives, adhering to various licensed IP and character style guides.
Leverage AI tools and workflows to scale creative output efficiently and meet monthly production goals.
Conduct competitor research to identify trends, creative strategies, and design inspiration.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand marketing goals and translate them into compelling visual content.
Take full ownership of assigned projects, from concept through delivery, with minimal supervision.
Iterate rapidly based on performance data, feedback, and creative testing outcomes.
1+ year of hands-on experience in performance creative or direct response advertising design.
Proven ability to deliver high volumes of creative assets on tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
Experience designing within licensed IP and brand character style guides is highly preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, or similar) and how they integrate into a design workflow.
Strong portfolio demonstrating performance creatives, product pages, and digital campaigns.
Excellent attention to detail and visual consistency.
Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
Must not use Canva for any design or editing tasks; strong preference for Adobe software.
