Job Title: Graphic Designer/Video Editor

Work Shift: MT (Mountain Time)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week/Full-time (Flexible; asynchronous with some Mountain time zone overlap)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging, high-quality visual content for our health and supplements brand. You will be responsible for producing both static and video assets that align with our brand voice, drive engagement, and support marketing campaigns across social media and digital platforms.
This role is ideal for a creative who has strong design taste, excels at short-form ad-style video editing, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design visually compelling static graphics for paid and organic social media campaigns.
Edit and remix short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, ad creatives) for marketing use.
Create promotional materials, banners, and product imagery for web and email.
Develop content using user-generated visuals and influencer collaboration footage.
Capture and edit behind-the-scenes content to tell the brand story.
Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines, voice, and aesthetic.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to meet campaign goals and deadlines.
Stay current with social media trends, formats, and design best practices.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor, ideally in consumer products, health, or wellness (supplements experience is a plus).
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
Expertise in short-form ad-style video editing for social media platforms.
Strong understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, and layout.
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Strong communication skills and keen attention to detail.
