Job description
We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Growth Associate to join our remote team in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys learning on the go, and takes ownership of tasks and outcomes.
In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to help drive progress across projects and operations. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a role focused on coordination, support, operations, or execution (e.g., operations, customer success, marketing support, logistics, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable taking initiative, learning independently, and adapting to new tools and tasks.
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and align on shared goals.
- Fluent in English(minimum 90% proficiency).
- Familiarity with collaboration and task management tools such as Slack, JIRA.
- Basic understanding of business operations, financial concepts (e.g., budgets, margins), and/or project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Main Activities
- Assist in organizing and tracking tasks, deliverables, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
- Monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and help resolve them early.
- Support documentation efforts such as status updates and internal reporting.
- Participate in team meetings and follow up on action items.
- Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute ideas and help improve workflows across departments.
- Grow into a role with greater responsibility and autonomy over time.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communications, Engineering, Marketing, or similar).
